Delivery & Returns
Your order will be dispatched within 2 days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please note that during Sale, dispatch time may take up to 3 days.
Orders will be delivered within 1-5 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.
Please kindly note that during National Holidays and Sale, Orders may take up to 5 days to dispatch.
RETURNING/EXCHANGING AN ORDER
Aesop products | Within 7 days from the delivery of your package, you may request to exchange or return your order. In their unopened and original condition. If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Regrettably, we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased in an Aesop signature store, department store or elsewhere.
Apparel items | Within 7 days from the delivery of your package, you may request to exchange or return your order. The garment must be in perfect condition in order for any exchange to be allowed. The products may not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product.
Please note we do not accept any returns or exchanges on SALE items

Should you wish to return a garment within 7 days of purchase in sellable with labels and/or tags, a credit note will be issued and is valid for 2 months only.
