HOW DO I SHOP ON THE SITE?
From the homepage:
- Select a category that appeals to you.
- Within the category you’ll find products on offer.
- Once you choose a product you’ll be taken to the product review page for a more detailed description.
- Select quantity, attributes (size, colours) and “add to your cart”. The mini cart will pop down confirming the addition and from here you can choose to continue shopping or checkout.
- In checkout we’ll give you the opportunity to review your cart.
- From here you can enter your shipping and billing addresses (if you’re a first time buyer) or go straight to the payment page (if you’ve bought before).
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?
Credit card payments using a Visa or Master card are welcome. American express available in store only. SnapScan is also available.
HOW DOES SNAPSCAN WORK?
Once you have completed the check out process, selecting SnapScan as your payment method, you will receive an email confirming your order. Included in this mail is a link which will direct you to the relevant QR Code, ready for scanning on your mobile device.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Your order will be dispatched within 2 days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please note that during Sale, dispatch time may take up to 3 days
DELIVERY TIME
Orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.
Please note that during National Holidays and Sale, Orders may take unto 5 days to dispatch.
RETURNING/EXCHANGING AN ORDER
During 7 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. The garment must be in perfect condition in order for any exchange to be allowed. The products may not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product.
Please note we do not accept any returns or exchanges on SALE items

CREDIT NOTES
Should you wish to return a garment within 7 days of purchase in sell-able with labels and/or tags , a credit note will be issued and is valid for 2 months only.
