NORSE PROJECTS

Norse Projects is a creative studio and brand, working at the intersection of art, design, and function. Philosophically rooted in Scandinavia with a Nordic aesthetic, and the idea that good design is functional and timeless, our sensibilities are formed through active participation of contemporary culture along with love for innovation, technology, research, and continuous progress. With our heritage in street culture and skateboarding and inspiration from architecture and the subtle landscapes of the North, each product is developed with an emphasis of relevance relating to its essential nature; from the fabric and yarns to the function it must perform.

PARABOOT

Founded by Remy Richard-Ponvert over 100 years ago, Paraboot's specialist workers have been cutting, sewing and fashioning leather knowhow passed down many generations. Using the best leathers around, most of which are still tanned in France using techniques such as Norwegian and Goodyear welting. Paraboot has been able to deliver long lasting walking shoes. The genuine rubber soles are still moulded in their own workshops in the French Alps with no fewer than 150 operations required to produce their shoes, making Paraboot an outstanding product - one that is still made in France.
